The Eddy Scraper removes all standard flooring glue including carpet glue, vinyl glue, VCT glue, black mastic, pressure-sensitive adhesive, and even thin layers of dried paint or epoxy.
Power off the unit, loosen the blade bolts with your Eddy tool, remove the current blade, and replace it with the correct size. Tighten the bolts securely before restarting. We recommend using gloves during this procedure.
The Eddy Floor Scraper It’s highly effective at removing carpeting, linoleum, vinyl, VCT/LVT/LVP, parquetry, epoxy, underpadding, adhesives, paint stains, plaster, gum, glue, felt, foam underlayment and more. For tougher layers, use the narrower blades for higher pressure.
